Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MoaTalk mobile application ("Service") provided by ELOUNGE ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the MoaTalk app and all related features provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. "Content" refers to all materials stored and managed by Users within the Service, including text, images, audio, files, links, and events.
4. "Subscription" refers to the paid service required to access premium features of the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or notified to Users via email.
2. The Company may modify these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. Users will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
3. If a User does not agree to the modified Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and delete their account.

Article 4 (Use of Service)

1. The Service is available on iOS and Android devices.
2. Users must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the Service.
